The 13th annual International Research Seminar on Issues in Social Security took place at the Sigtunahöjden Conference Centre in Sigtuna, near Stockholm, Sweden, on 16 -18 June 2006.

The theme of the seminar was ‘ Social Protection in an Ageing World’. A selection of the papers will be published in 2007 by Intersentia in the FISS book series International Studies on Social Security.
